  6.     As if current figures about AIDS weren't grim enough, a new
  7. Harvard School of Public Health study finds that HIV threatens
  8. to infect as many as 120 million people by the end of the
  9. century. This doubles previous predictions and estimates that
  10. the number of people who develop AIDS over the next three years
  11. will exceed the total afflicted with it in the epidemic's
  12. 11-year history to date.
